Translation/Adaptation/Localization
TLD
has vast experience translating a wide variety of documents including
African academic papers, Chinese strategic military documents, German
pharmaceutical patent material, Spanish legal subjects, as well
as government websites. No job is too big or too small for
TLD. For each translation project, TLD designates specialized
linguists to ensure the accuracy of the adaptation involving specified
terminology and phraseology. Our government and private clients
have come to rely upon the precision of TLD’s translations as well
as the professionalism of our project management staff. TLD
has taken the lead in developing Nationality Neutral Spanish language
adaptations for a number of major government agencies including
the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and The Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD). Nationality Neutral Spanish seeks
to create universally comprehensible Spanish adaptations while eliminating
local expressions that may be offensive or inappropriate to a Spanish
speaking audience from a particular region or country.
